This remote, solitary region of the country, and thanks to that, in a great state of natural conservation, allows you to immerse yourself in a unique experience with underwater geography and life.
El Amargal Nature Reserve offers a privileged location in Nuqui for diving activities, as it is located opposite favorite spots in the area, such as La Roñosa, Piedra Bonita or El Riscal.
Furthermore, around the end of April or May each year, a very special marine event takes place. Thousands upon thousands of sardines migrate to this coast, attracting larger predatory fish species and some sharks, as well as delighting fishing birds. An entire food chain forms around them.
At this time of year, your adventure is enhanced by the unforgettable opportunity to venture into a giant school of sardines and discover the other guests at the feast.

2-DIVE SCUBA EXCURSION
(Requirement: PADI Open Water Diver Certificate or equivalent)

Dives and courses include boat and rental of complete diving equipment (vest, regulator, mask, fins, weights, tank and wetsuit), round trip boat transport to El Amargal, and guidance by a certified PADI instructor/Dive Master.
The course includes PADI materials.
